Refurbishment and fit out of Sedgefield Dental
The Opportunity
Sedgefield Dental is a three surgery dental practice located on Sedgefield front street. Due to growth, the company is looking to add two additional dental surgeries and a CBCT room to its space. The decontamination room will need to be upgraded to allow it to operate with the additional surgeries and workflow.
This will require reconfiguration of the existing layout and relocation of the reception area.
We are looking for a main contractor who has extensive experience of dental surgery fit outs, understand the strict regulatory requirements both from a building control and CQC perspective who can provide a turnkey solution from drawings to delivery of the final fit out.

There is a tight deadline on the opportunity as we need to have the new site operational by 31st October, so any enquires received after 9th August will not be considered.
Once you have received the specification, we need fully costed and final proposals in writing by 16th August.
Selection & Awarding the Contract
The winning proposal will need to have a track record of dental practice fit outs in the local area with the ability to provide references to recent work.
They will need to demonstrate their understanding of regulation requirements for building control and the CQC.
Any applicant should also demonstrate that they have adequate professional liability insurance in place for the works.
